Local Projects

One in five people in Pittsburgh face food insecurity. Of these, 40,000+ are children. APC now has three fully operational food banks at our campus locations, committed to helping end hunger in our region.

APC Food Banks

This rescue mission in Pittsburgh is a place where hope and healing meet for men, women, and families experiencing homelessness, poverty, or addiction.

Light of Life

We will provide support to this ministry that helps women feel confident to make the choice to keep their baby and have the backing needed to give that child a home.

Women's Choice

We’ll continue to support this college ministry on-site at the University of Pittsburgh. Pastor Jordan and Alicia Kolarik are continuing to gather students monthly in large group meetings on campus.

Chi Alpha

Serve Day includes a wide variety of projects like cleaning up local parks, repairing sidewalks, taking care packages to local law enforcement and healthcare workers, and partnering with organizations like Rise Against Hunger (RAH), an international hunger relief organization, to pack 300,000 meals for the world’s hungriest.
